		<description>I think I read that the tankless water heater (Rinnai) can reduce energy costs by up to 40% and it lasts about twice as long as a tank water heater. I&#039;d like to hear what the ROI is - i.e. it pays for itself in how many years? Anyone out there have one of these?</description>
