Who is Lakewood Plumbing, LLC?
Lakewood Plumbing has been in business for over thirty years. Formed in 1972 the current owners are Torrey Cosgrove and Lynnette Salter. They have owned and operated the business since 1997. Our business consists of Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Drain Cleaning and Utility Services.
What do we do?
The company performs service/repair work as well as new construction. Lakewood Plumbing primarily focuses on residential for service and HVAC. For new construction the company primarily does commercial work. We are continually trying to grow in the areas of HVAC, commercial service and commercial construction.
Qualified Staff
Current staff includes one full time scheduler, one full time mechanical engineer, one salesman, one operations manager, one warehouse manager and 6 full time field technicians. Field technician crew is supplemented by the plumbers local 3 union hall and creww will vary seasonally with up to 12 field technicians. Drain cleaning service are performed in house and supplemented by John Canon locating and sewer service. Utility work is performed in house and is supplemented by Lakewood Site Utilities. We offer 24 hour service 7 days a week.
Safety is Our Priority
Safety is a primary focus of the company. Quarterly safety meetings are held with emphasis on safety education. Extra-curricular safety training is done and incentive awards are given. Cleanliness is required by our workers. Each man is equipped with drop clothes, tarps and floor saver booties. Company has a drug/alcohol policy signed off by each employee. Driving recrods are checked once a year .

Lakewood Plumbing is a member of the BBB in good standing with our third time in receipt of the Gold Star Award (no complaints in 3 years). We are a member of the American Standard Colorado Comfort Team which is associated with Tom Martino's trouble shooter network.
Training and Our Employees
We hold licenses in almost every city in metro Denver. Our policy is to do work per current codes and pull required permits. Our men are continuously in training. Jim Dravage spent one week in Detroit at the UA training facility for HVAC the last two years. We also train with local manufacturer's in areas such as water heaters, boilers, gas piping, etc. Jim Dravage and Torrey Cosgrove attended a factory training and tour session in 2004 for American Standard equipment. Lynnette Salter has over 15 years experience in Plumbing Engineering and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Torrey Cosgrove has been working in the construction industry for 16 years and has a degree in Civil Engineering.
